Refund policy

No Returns Policy All of our products are either handmade, or curated to order (gift bundles).  As each item is made to assembled specifically for each individual order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.  This is in accordance with the exemption for bespoke and made-to-order goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Blind Date with a Book and Pre-loved Blind Date with a Book These products are curated surprise products.  Each book is intentionally unknown before purchase.  We are unable to accept returns on the basis of not liking the book that you have received.  As the surprise element is a core of the product and clearly described feature.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact Shop Around the Corner within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged item / product explaining the issue.  We will endeavour to resolve this as quickly as possible with either a replacement or a refund.
